With four official languages, it’s fair to say that it does take some time to get through public announcements on the train!

Home of luxury chocolate, half of the world production of watches and countless mountains, there is an incredible amount of things to do in this land-locked country.

Did you know that the wristwatch was invented in 1868 in Geneva by the company Patek Philippe? Formed in 1851, the company created the first wristwatch in 1868 in Hungary for a countess and the watch was actually primarily designed to be a piece of jewellery.

In restaurants, raclette, fondue and rösti can always be found soon enough!
